Indoor Hockey is a fast game played with a team of six (includes goal keeper for senior divisions). The major rule
differences are;
· The ball can not be lifted – even a bump off a trap can be pulled up.
· You cannot hit the ball, a back swing of greater than 30cm will be called against you.
· There are no side lines. Balls are allowed to be bounced off side boards.
· You can raise the ball for a shot on goal only.
This is an exciting Indoor sport which can develop your speed and stick skills.
